With our Trip Consultation service, we’ll set up a 30-45-minute call to discuss your budget, tastes, and interests. From there, we design a custom itinerary for you to book yourself. We’ll provide our tailor-made resources so you can hit the ground running - prepared and excited for your trip.

Those who have an existing relationship with a travel advisor who may not have deep expertise in Latin America: take our custom itinerary to your agent, who can then book those services for you.
Your trip to Latin America starts with our first phone call. We’ll take 30-minutes to discuss your interests, travel style, budget, and travelers. From there, we begin our unique itinerary design based on your specifications and our recommendations.
The full itinerary planning includes an end-to-end confirmed trip, including national park entries and permits (as relevant), hotels, transfers, excursions, accommodations, and domestic flights.

What if I decide I need help booking my custom itinerary?

Not a problem - if after we’ve done our trip consultation and sent you your itinerary you want help booking services, we’ll discount your consultation fee from your final, booked itinerary cost.
