OLIVIA SCHELLENBERG
Without having visited Latin America or taken a Spanish class, Olivia moved to Buenos Aires in 2015. She immediately became enamored with the city, with Argentina, and with Latin America more broadly - its chaos, color, and charm.
To Olivia, Latin America is a place that never stops unfolding. She has spent a decade exploring many corners of the region, and returning to the places that speak to her most. Olivia’s experiences across Latin America reflect its remarkable diversity, from dancing samba in Salvador de Bahia to road-tripping Argentina’s Ruta 40, and camping at altitude in the Cordillera Blanca.
Since 2016, Olivia has built a career in travel, always with a focus on Latin America. She’s worked with leading U.S. tour operators across product, sales, and marketing, and has been recognized four times on Travel + Leisure’s A-List and Condé Nast Traveler’s Top Specialists list for her expertise in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, and Brazil.
Today, Olivia channels that experience into Cabra Collection, partnering with standout hotels and DMCs to grow their presence in North America. For her, Latin America is an endless source of inspiration that keeps her work feeling fresh and entirely personal.

A lifelong explorer with deep roots in South America, Emma has spent over two decades uncovering the soul of Latin America - from school trips to Central America, to teaching English in Santiago, to living off-grid as a ranch caretaker in Patagonia’s Aysén region. Her firsthand experiences and curiosities inform her passion for sustainable, immersive travel and bring depth of insight to Latin American representation.
A recognized Travel + Leisure A-List and Conde Nast Advisor for Chile and Peru, Emma has not only crafted bespoke journeys but also built a formidable network within the high-end travel community. A champion of slow travel and conservation, she draws inspiration from grassroots movements like Patagonia Sin Represas and the legacy of conservation pioneers like the Tompkins.
Based in Texas, but forever drawn south, Emma is dedicated to fostering sustainable growth for represented partners, ensuring they resonate with North American travelers who seek a true connection to people and place.
